These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Snaglink Property Inspections within the United Arab Emirates. By booking an inspection, the client agrees to be bound by these terms.<\/p>\n

2. SCOPE OF INSPECTION<\/h5>\n
    \n
  • The inspection is a\u00a0non-invasive, visual inspection only<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • No destructive testing will be carried out<\/li>\n
  • Only accessible areas at the time of inspection will be inspected<\/li>\n
  • Concealed or hidden defects may not be identified<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. NATURE OF REPORT<\/h5>\n
      \n
    • The inspection report reflects the condition of the property\u00a0at the time of inspection only<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • The report is not a guarantee, warranty, or certification of the property<\/li>\n
    • Findings are based on visible observations and professional judgment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/h5>\n
        \n
      • Snaglink shall not be liable for:\n
          \n
        • Hidden, latent, or inaccessible defects<\/li>\n
        • Future failures or issues arising after inspection<\/li>\n
        • Workmanship or repairs carried out by third parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Liability, if any, is limited to the\u00a0inspection fee paid<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY<\/h5>\n
            \n
          • The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property<\/li>\n
          • The client should review the report and seek specialist advice where required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            <\/div>\n
            6. REPORT USAGE<\/h5>\n
              \n
            • The report is prepared\u00a0solely for the client who commissioned the inspection<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • It must not be relied upon by third parties without written consent<\/li>\n
            • Snaglink accepts no responsibility for unauthorized use of the report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. PAYMENT TERMS<\/h5>\n

              • Full payment is required prior to or upon completion of the inspection<\/li>\n
              • Reports may be withheld until payment is received<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                8. CANCELLATION POLICY<\/h5>\n
                  \n
                • Cancellations must be made at least\u00a024 hours in advance<\/strong><\/li>\n
                • Late cancellations may incur a fee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  9. RE-INSPECTION<\/h5>\n
                    \n
                  • Re-inspections are charged separately<\/li>\n
                  • Snaglink does not guarantee that all defects will be rectified by third parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    10. GOVERNING LAW<\/h5>\n
