1. GENERAL

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Snaglink Property Inspections within the United Arab Emirates. By booking an inspection, the client agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. SCOPE OF INSPECTION

• The inspection is a non-invasive, visual inspection only
• No destructive testing will be carried out
• Only accessible areas at the time of inspection will be inspected
• Concealed or hidden defects may not be identified

3. NATURE OF REPORT

• The inspection report reflects the condition of the property at the time of inspection only
• The report is not a guarantee, warranty, or certification of the property
• Findings are based on visible observations and professional judgment

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Snaglink shall not be liable for:
  • Hidden, latent, or inaccessible defects
  • Future failures or issues arising after inspection
  • Workmanship or repairs carried out by third parties
• Liability, if any, is limited to the inspection fee paid

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

• The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property
• The client should review the report and seek specialist advice where required

6. REPORT USAGE

• The report is prepared solely for the client who commissioned the inspection
• It must not be relied upon by third parties without written consent
• Snaglink accepts no responsibility for unauthorized use of the report

7. PAYMENT TERMS

• Full payment is required prior to or upon completion of the inspection
• Reports may be withheld until payment is received

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may incur a fee

9. RE-INSPECTION

• Re-inspections are charged separately
• Snaglink does not guarantee that all defects will be rectified by third parties

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates
